Our Mission
New London-Spicer Junior Olympic Volleyball Club is a nonprofit organization committed to providing a high quality girls competitive volleyball experience at a reasonable cost. NL-S JO strives to develop and improve young athletes volleyball skills, as well as provide opportunities to build strong values such as, teamwork, motivation, and responsibility. We continuously seek to achieve excellence in coaching, personal, and team performance in an environment that is supportive, challenging, and rewarding.
Our Program Goals

Providing a head coach for each team who is knowledgeable of the skills, rules, and regulations of the game, and has a passion for building up young players.

Conducting impartial player evaluations to form teams of 8 to 10 players with similar skill level, commitment, coach-ability, and attitude.

Providing opportunities for learning, practice, and competition based on facility availability, coaching staff availability, skill level of players, and ability to support the teams formed.

Consistent management and direction provided by volunteer representatives through the NLS JO VB Club board.
